World Water Crisis

19 comments:

  1. i already sort of know the situation
around the world about water but i never knew
that it was that bad where you couldn't even get
any water from the sink (if your sink is working and installed)
i think something that we could do to help that situation around the world
is too raise money from fundraisers, and then donate all of the money so then,
people that are less rich than us can use that money to build water pumps in they're
    city/country!

  5. What amazed me about that video was that it took so much water to do things like run a blender, or to drive a car, it was so surprising! But it also made me feel sad, because we have the luxury to have all this water, but not everyone can spend their clean water on jeans.

  6. i'm surprised that agriculture uses 41% of the worlds freshwater
and the us uses 400 million gallons a day

we could create a type of livestock that drinks salt water or a crop that takes saltwater to grow or just make a pact that each country uses 1 gallon per person a day so we wont use as much water

  7. What surprised me was how at the start they turned on the water and only a drop came out, what we can do, and what the video says we can do is stop leaks, don't use more water than you need, etc.

  8. I think that this video is really inspiring. I can't believe that it takes 2866 gallons of water to make a pair of jeans (that is a lot of water)! I can't wait to work more on how we can save water.

  9. I never thought that it would take 2866 gallons of water to make a pair of jeans or that it takes 39,090 gallons to make a car.And fresh water takes up less than 3% of all the water on earth.

  10. i didn't really get surprised because i'v all ready learned all the things in this video
what i can do is not throw things away until i really need to because it takes a lot of water to make things

  11. The thing that surprised me the most is that there's so many things that nobody knows about that uses water (paper, jeans, etc.) What can we do about it? The one thing in the video that it says we can do is stop leaks. I think that is a very good way to stop water from being wasted. I also think it is important to raise awareness on things like this, so more people don't go wasting water whenever and they use it only when they really need it.

  14. I am surprised Most of the things around you are made out of water and also how much The USA uses. To help we should build less produces that we don't need And use cars less.

  15. I amazed that almost every appliance uses water tv making a car use tons of water. I think if everybody did one small thing like not having the tap on when your brushing your teeth and not being in the shower as long could save the earth.
