Mindfulness

We have been focused on practicing Mindfulness in Room 209 this year. Our practice includes four main initiatives:
1. Mindful Breathing Buddies
2. MindUP - we participated in a pilot project with our awesome Social Worker, Courtney Fleming and were the first class in our board to do this program
3. Mindful Eating
3. Brain Gym
