Food Adventures - Millie's HUGE Gummi Bear by Millie

This was a REALLY long time ago. ("Do you still have remains of your gummy bear?" - Laryssa, "Yeah, I don't know where I put it" - Millie, "Ew." - Shauna).

I got it from Funhaven, because I won a bunch of tickets and I had no idea what to do with them and all the other stuff was like really cheap and stuff. So, I just decided to get the gummy bear.

The flavour wasn't that great compared to the one that Lauren got. Hers was red.

If you go to Funhaven, I recommend getting a giant gummy bear only if it's not green.

Camden, Jack and Jackson realized, with hilarity, that all three of them had the EXACT same snack - Bagelshop sesame seed bagels with cream cheese! They became three monkeys with them!

Food Adventures - Fiona's Hallowe'en Group Snack

This post was supposed to go up a LONG time ago! Now that I have a few minutes to breathe before Christmas, I'm going through the archives and finding the posts that never got published. On Hallowe'en week, the supremely creative Fiona brought in an innovative Hallowe'en snack.

We all got decorated mandarins!

And popcorn with buttery "blood" and candy bones inside!

After I let the students enjoy their snack on the carpet while listening to a story, I realized why I usually have them eat at tables! It left quite an incredible mess!

Camden brought in awesome fruit kebabs and cheese flowers for Group Snack today. Yum, yum, yum!

Food Adventures: Finley's Amazing Carrot

Finley grew this colossal carrot herself. She said, as she was eating the orange beast, that it was exceptionally sweet! What an awesome carrot! I guess we're lucky we didn't see any deer out in the woods, as they would have happily had a feast of Fin's carrot!

Food Adventures - Madi's Exploded Porridge!

Even Goldilocks wouldn't eat this! Poor Madi was looking forward to her porridge and opened her lunch box to find this explosion of oatmeal all over everything!

Luckily, the students in Room 209 are wonderful at sharing and made sure she got a full snack and lunch!
