I think that It means that they are dying that's what they represented by them leaving, I inferred because the gut said at the end that a person around the world dies every 3 seconds. It's sad that a person dies every three seconds!
I thought that people were leaving because they were dying.But what does "Their tears are filling up their glasses" mean?

I think this video is basicly saying that some one dies every 3 seconds because of some diseas. :(
